About the event

Work side by side with our experts making pasta dough, roll it out thin and cut it into several shapes like angel hair, fettuccine and pappardelle. We’ll show you how to turn a ball of pasta dough into lasagna sheets and even make tortellini. Towards the end of the class, we’ll show you how to make the classic roman dish Cacio e Pepe and share the basics to making a quick pan sauce using one of Italy’s favorite sauce ingredients: pasta water. You’ll bring fresh pasta & tortellini home with you! $90 per person

If you own a hand-crank pasta machine and want to learn with your own tool, you’re welcome to bring it with you.
